Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy for our equipment is as follows:

Luxury Sedans/SUV’s        2 Hour Cancellation Notice Required

There is No Charge for Commercial Airline flight cancellations. Please contact our office as soon as possible to change your information. Should contact not be made, or should the passenger miss their flight or connection, the reservation will be charged at our normal rate. Should you need to modify your reservation, please contact our office as soon as possible. Additional charges may be required when a modification occurs.

Specialty Vehicles   Limousine / Bus Equipment

A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation being made. A credit card is required at time the reservation is made. Balance due for the reservation will be charged the day of the event. Deposit is refunded in full should reservation be cancelled 30 days prior to event. After such time, deposit will no longer be refunded unless special arrangement is made. All reservations cancelled less than 2 weeks prior will be billed at full amount of reservation unless equipment can be re-booked to another client.

Should the reservation be made less than 2 weeks, all monies are due and payable at time of reservation. Purchaser will be responsible for collection fees should invoice not be paid pursuant to our Terms and Conditions.
